This large room has two single beds, ideal if you are looking to share a room. This room is located in the quietest corner of the top floor of Saima House.
This room has wooden beams on both sides and the main window looks down onto garden area.
Please note that the bathroom facilities are NOT en-suite in this room, bathrobes will be provided.

Private bathroom with shower and toilet is located off the main corridor next to the room (please note it does have a lower ceiling than the rest of the building), two single beds, large flat screen TV, free WiFi, hairdryer, central heating, extra bed possible in this room if booked in advance
Iron and ironing board are available upon request.

We do have some extra beds available for some of the rooms, if you require a room for more than 2 people, please contact us directly for availability and price.
The whole of Saima House is non-smoking, there is a smoking area in the garden.
Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival, please let us know if you will be arriving later than 5.00pm.
We ask our guests to vacate their room by 11.00am. Please let us know if you require a later check-out time.
